It all began in a basement... No, not really, not at all. It all began in the over indulgent minds of a group who are vaguely and rarely known as 'Jack Of Hearts Entertainment' some years ago when the internet was merely sprouting but it was growing exponentially FAST! "Now is the time to get into this 'new' media before it's too late..."
That was back in 2003 when we launched the website. So much has happened since. We have undergone several new designs and content overhauls as the business evolved. It started out with poetic styled content and creative writing pieces. It went on to include Travel and Pub Guides mixed with Travel Advice pieces and of course our Annual Christmas Messages that attract so much.. hmm.. 'interest' :)
There's a lot to suggest that the internet as we have come to know it is about to undergo it's next metamorphosis, that is, once ACTA and other anti-freedom/pro-censorship laws like SOPA takes hold on this global yet US based machine. We aren't against stopping piracy/theft but the laws that are currently being enacted do go a lot further than the altruistic and it's all too late unfortunately, ACTA just passed in the EU today and the USA, Australia and many Asian countries have already signed the treaty. www. and www2. et al may be redundant once the next Phoenix comes of age...
So to show you what we have created in the past and so you can see for yourselves just how much we have evolved (ah yes it was quite basic back in 2003!) we open your mind to the amazing WayBack Machine!
