Full Terms and Conditions (aka T's & C's) for the ongoing
Jack of Hearts Card Competition

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and any Special Terms and Conditions appearing on the website.

This competition is administered by Jack of Hearts Entertainment who shall be referred to from this point forward as 'The Promoter"

All entrants must be in possession of a legitimate Jack of Hearts Card with instructions on how to enter this competition, copies are invalid.

This competition is intended for entertainment purposes only and should not to be treated otherwise including but not restricted to- all entries; all entrants; all winners; all non-winners; content of messages; information conveyed by any carrier service; content of pages on this website & those who only won a Silver medal for Australia.

All written works submitted into the competition are remitted to the exclusive intellectual property of The Promoter.

The copyright of all written works created by The Promoters' writers that create a competition prize remain the exclusive property of The Promoter.

All stories are fictional and do not represent any actual person, living or dead and any similarity is coincidence.

No legal liability is taken nor implied by The Promoter nor it’s affiliates for any offense or loss whether implied or actual as a result of persons entering this competition which is administered in good faith.

All entrants should be over 18 years of age.

Language, situations and content may not be suitable for minors.

All conditions affiliated with The Promoter as outlined within the footer section of the pages in this website are also upheld.

Management reserve the right to refuse entry.

Competition runs from 12.01am Saturday to 12.00am Saturday each week until further notice.

All eligible entrants will be gathered and the winner selected by The Promoter and the winner notified within seven days.

One name per entry.

No naughty words in messages.

This is not a game of skill.

You cannot transfer your prize for cash and if you so choose to sell your prize to a third party under Intellectual Property Law of Australia all proceeds shall be the exclusive property of The Promoter.

One entry per distinctive legible phone number per week.

Management have the final say in any dispute and further debate shall not be entered into.

The name conveyed as part of an entry must be that of the entrant and photographic proof of identity should be made available to The Promoter upon request within 24 hours by email.

Employees of Ripe Solutions are not eligible.

Drivers and owners of yellow V8 Holdens are not eligible.

Drivers and owners of V8 Ford Falcons are encouraged to enter.

Failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions immediately voids all entries and disqualifies entrant from the competition.
